“TOP HOUSE” Ltd. is on the Bulgarian market since 1999. At first the company is in the business of metal constructions as a main subject of activity. In 2006 “TOP HOUSE” expands its production base and starts producing multifunctional containers, garages, prefabricated buildings, halls, etc. For the short time of its existence the company made a reputation of an honest partner of small and big trade, building and security companies.

The company has total production area of 6800 sq.m. (1800 sq.m. of them are built-up and 5000 sq.m. are open area). For the manufacture of our commodities the factory is equipped with machines, fittings and units, necessary for the whole performance. In our showroom, situated at the Ring-road between Simeonovsko chaussee blvd. and Bistrishko chaussee blvd., samples of all our commodities are exhibited – wagons, pavilions, garage cells, fabricated houses, etc. They conform with the European quality standards and have ISO 9001:2000 standard. The company has solid team of designers, technical experts and general staff with the skills and experience needed.
